Right Homes was established in 2006 after founding Directors, Gary and Anna Wright decided to take their passion for building to the next step.
Prior to Right Homes, Gary and Anna operated their own successful Carpentry business and through this forged strong business relationships with some of the industry’s best trades people. It is these strong business relationships combined with Gary’s 30 plus years of industry knowledge that form the backbone of Right Homes.
Right Homes has gained a reputation in the marketplace as a hard working, ethical business, driven by a shared passion of its employees. In 2023, Scott Bush joined Gary and Anna in partnership. Bringing deep industry knowledge and a strong passion for design and construction, Scott has helped Right Homes grow while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Our Staff
Right Homes has a group of wonderful people who are happy to work together and with our clients, to provide them with a memorable experience in building their new home. All our staff have completed the HIA Greensmart Professional course with a number of staff also completing their builders’ registrations as well. This gives us the confidence to ensure we all are working together to achieve the same goal and best possible outcomes for our clients.
The Team
Construction/Office Manager – Geoff has over 30 years of experience in the building industry within various rolls including building, management, estimating and scheduling. His exceptional knowledge, professionalism and understanding of all aspects in the building industry makes him an extremely valuable member of our team.
