Our experience building with Right Homes was exciting and rewarding. We have been living in our beautiful new home for six months now and we could not be happier with the entire process. From our first meeting with Gary, we got the feeling we were in really safe and knowledgeable hands. Gary was the first builder we had spoken to who was even interested in seeing our block. Immediately he talked to us about orientation and building with a more sustainable outcome in mind. Our subsequent meetings with his design team were also extremely positive. Jerald and Donna had as much enthusiasm for our new home as we did. We felt involved and guided all the way through. When we settled on the design and started the building process with Ryan, our building supervisor, we were met with a continued high standard of customer service from Ryan, all the Right Homes site staff and the trades involved in building our home. We were so impressed with the way the tradespeople took so much pride in their work and Ryan was in constant communication with us, providing us with updates and willing to deal with any issue immediately.
Before we started building, we had heard so many stories about negative experiences building. We never felt like there was anything we couldn’t discuss with the team from Right Homes and our queries were always dealt with quickly and efficiently. It really was not a stressful experience at all. We have told Gary that we will not be repeat customers – because we don’t intend on moving. But we have recommended Right Homes and will continue to do so to anyone interested in building a custom home for a reasonable price. We have gone from a small two bedroom, poorly designed house to a four bedroom, spacious family home with a swimming pool and our energy costs have more than halved. More than that, we are living in a beautiful home which has improved our quality of life and provided a wonderful place for our children to grow up.
