Working with Right homes has been a breath of fresh air. We arrived at them after building project homes. Their take on the process and customisation was a very enjoyable experience. Even before a final draft was created we had a few hours of sitting with both Gary and his designer. This enabled our house to be built as we wanted it. All through this time communication was thorough. We were always informed of where things were at, and knew what and when the next step was.
When issues did arise, as they inevitably do on a house, they were fixed quickly and without fuss or drama. Quite a few changes were made during the process which would have caused huge charges with previous builders, yet these were included without issue. We now have a good looking, well designed house with strong environmental features that keeps cool in summer and warm in winter, without relying on powered solutions. Exactly what we were after. Happy to build with them again if the chance arises.
